Balapuwaduge Manukulasuriya Amith Jeevan Mendis (conceived 15 January 1983 in Colombo) is a Sri Lankan universal cricketer.
A left-gave batsman, he appeared in 2000/01 and the accompanying season captained the Under-19 group to triumph in an one-day diversion. He spoke to the Sri Lankan A side in 2005.
