The World Biggest Buddhist Village In China Larung Gar

Among the green moving slopes in the Larung Gar Valley in China, the exact opposite thing you would hope to find in the wide open are a huge number of red wooden cottages that have been manufactured in an enormous bunch. Regardless of its separated area it is home to the Larung Gar Buddhist Academy, the world's biggest Buddhist settlement. A dynamic sprinkle of red, this vivid settlement has sprung up in the 1980s and is currently a shelter for more than 40,000 friars and nuns.
